Fortnightly 90-minute one-on-ones  

These sessions serve as part sounding board, part skill-building, and part accountability, offering you strategic guidance tailored to your specific needs.  

Email check-ins between sessions  

To keep you aligned with the commitments you've made—because we know that week three is often when good intentions start to fade.  

A quarter end review  

Measured against the goals established during the kick-off, this review acts as a decision point: determining whether to maintain the current plan or transition to strategic consulting if your business requires additional focus.
